2007-2008 Active Membership Checklist
This list sets forth the minimum requirements to maintain Active Membership in WSL.
We encourage you to attend and participate in as many events as possible.
To maintain Active Membership, you must fulfill the following requirements:

Meeting Requirement:
Attend two (2) of the following General Membership meetings:
- _____September 20, 2007 (Thursday)
General Membership Meeting held in conjunction with Fall Fundraiser (Day)
- _____October 30, 2007 (Tuesday)... General Membership Meeting (Evening)
- _____November 29, 2007 (Thursday)... General Membership Meeting (Day)

- _____January 22, 2008 (Tuesday)
General Membership Meeting held in conjunction with Winter Fundraiser (Day)
- _____February 7, 2008 (Thursday)... General Membership Meeting (Day)
- _____April 10, 2008 (Thursday)... General Membership Meeting (Evening)

In lieu of one meeting:
_____The purchase of one (1) season ticket to the 2007-2008 East Texas Symphony Orchestra Masterworks Series may substitute for the attendance to one (1) of the required General Membership meetings set for above (but not for both).JSL Parent/Sponsor:
_____The payment of JSL dues and fulfillment of JSL Parent/Sponsor duties shall count as one (1) of the General Membership meeting requirements (but not for both).

Fundraiser Requirement: Purchase one (1) of the following:
_____A ticket to the September 20, 2007, Fall Fundraiser
_____A ticket to the January 22, 2008, Winter Fundraiser
_____A ticket to the March 7, 2008, WSL Benefit Ball

|
|
|
|
Committee Placement Requirement:
_____Fulfill your placement requirement for the 2007-2008 year
|

|
|
|
|
New Active Member Additional Requirements: If you are a new Active Member in 2007-2008, you must complete the above requirements plus the following:
_____Purchase one (1) 2007-2008 ETSO Masterworks Concert ticket** and
_____Attend one (1) 2007-2008 ETSO Masterworks Concert
(**The purchase of an ETSO Masterworks Series season ticket will also satisfy a New Active Member’s requirement to purchase a single concert ticket.)
