CHECKLIST FOR ACTIVE WSL MEMBER AND JSL PARENT

Failure to complete both sets of requirements prior to the WSL Benefit Ball will prevent your JSL member from being presented in good standing with the class at the ball.

Requirements for Active WSL Member 2007-2008 year

Dues requirement:

_____ Pay annual WSL active member dues of $50 by May 1^st.  If not paid by June 1^st, WSL member will be dropped from membership and will have to apply for reinstatement.
 

Meeting requirement:
_____Attend two (2) WSL General Membership Meetings

                                 OR

_____Attend one (1) WSL General Membership Meeting and meet JSL Parent requirements for credit of one (1) meeting

OR

_____Purchase one (1) season ticket to the 2007-2008 East Texas Symphony Orchestra’s Master Works Series and attend at least one of these concerts for one (1) meeting credit and meet JSL Parent requirements for credit of one (1) meeting

Fundraiser requirement:
Purchase one of the following:

_____Ticket to the WSL Fall Fundraiser

_____Ticket to the WSL Games Day

_____Ticket to the WSL Benefit Ball (already purchased with JSL dues)

WSL Committee placement requirement:

_____Fulfill your WSL committee placement for the 2007-2008 year.

This list sets forth the minimum requirements to maintain Active Membership in WSL. 
We encourage you to attend and participate in as many events as possible.

Requirements for JSL Parent/Sponsor  2007-2008 year

_____ Remain an Active Member of WSL…i.e. complete the requirements listed above

_____Serve on a JSL committee (this is in addition to the WSL committee placement requirement)

_____ Assist with the Senior Dance (held the Saturday after the WSL Benefit Ball)

_____ Attend 75% of the mandatory JSL parent meetings both the Junior and Senior years….includes but is not limited to the spring orientation meeting, the fall ball meeting, the winter ball meeting, etc.
