2010-2011 Women’s Symphony League Active Membership Checklist
To maintain Active Membership you must fulfill the following requirements:
1. MEETING REQUIREMENT: Attend two (2) of the following General Membership Meetings:
___ September 13, 2010 - General Membership Meeting held in conjunction with the Fall Fundraiser (10:30 AM). ___ October 21, 2010 - General Membership Meeting (10:30 AM). ___ December 7, 2010 - General Membership Meeting (7:00 PM). ___ January 18 or 20, 2011 - General Membership Meeting held in conjunction with the Winter Fundraiser (5:30 PM or 10:00 AM) ___ February 10, 2011 - General Membership Meeting (10:30 AM). ___ April 26, 2011 - General Membership Meeting (7:00 PM).
In lieu of one meeting: _____ The purchase of one (1) Season ticket to the 2010-2011 East Texas Symphony Orchestra subscription concert season may substitute for the attendance to one (1) of the required General Membership meetings set forth above (but not both).
2. FUNDRAISER REQUIREMENT: Purchase one (1) of the following: _____ A ticket to the Fall Fundraiser September 13, 2010 – “WSL Walk of Fame Brunch and Style Show”. _____ A ticket to the Winter Fundraiser January 18, 2011 – “Brown Derby Bunco” or to the Winter Fundraiser January 20, 2011 – “Games Day at the Brown Derby”. _____ A ticket to the March 4, 2011 – WSL Benefit Ball – “Red Carpet Ball”.
3. COMMITTEE PLACEMENT: ____ Fulfill your placement requirement for the 2010-2011 year.
4. ARE YOU A NEW ACTIVE MEMBER STARTING 2010-2011? IN YOUR FIRST YEAR, YOU MUST COMPLETE BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING: ______ Purchase one (1) 2010-2011 ETSO Concert ticket** and ______ Attend one (1) 2010-2011 ETSO Concert
(** The purchase a season ticket will also satisfy a New Active Member’s requirement to purchase a single ETSO concert ticket.)
This list sets forth the minimum requirements to maintain Active Membership in the WSL. We encourage you to attend and participate in as many events as possible.
