To maintain Active Membership you must fulfill the following requirements. 1. Meeting Requirements: Attend Two (2) of the following General Membership Meetings. ____ September 11, 2008 – General Membership Meeting held in conjunction with the Fall Fundraiser (Day and/or Evening).
____ October 23, 2008 General Membership Meeting (Day).
____ December 9, 2008 General Membership Meeting (Evening).
____ January 20, 2009 General Membership Meeting held in conjunction with the Winter Fundraiser (Evening).
____ January 22, 2009 General Membership Meeting held in conjunction with the Winter Fundraiser (Day).
____ February 12, 2009 General Membership Meeting.
____ April 23, 2009 General Membership Meeting. In Lieu of one meeting:
____ The purchase of one (1) season ticket to the 2008-2009 East Texas Symphony Orchestra subscription concert season may be substituted for attendance at one (1) of the required General Membership meetings set forth above (but not both). JSL Parent/Sponsor:
____The payment of JSL dues and fulfillment of JSL Parent/Sponsor duties shall count as one (1) of the General Membership meeting requirements (but not both). 2. Fundraiser Requirements: Purchase one (1) of the following
____ A ticket to the September 11, 2008 Fall Fundraiser (Day and/or Evening)
____ A ticket to the January 20, 2009 Winter Fundraiser (Evening).
____ A ticket to the January 22, 2009 Winter Fundraiser (Day).
____ A ticket to the March 6, 2009 WSL Benefit Ball 3. Committee Placement Requirement:
____ Fulfill your placement requirement for the 2008-2009 year. 4. New Active Member Additional Requirements:
If you are a new Active member in 2008-2009, you must complete the above requirements plus the following:
____ Purchase one (1) 2008-2009 ETSO Subscription Series ticket** and
____ Attend one (1) 2008-2009 ETSO Subscription Series Concert ** The purchase of an ETSO Subscription Series season ticket will also satisfy a New Active Member’s requirement to purchase a single concert ticket. |
