Our mission statement
The purpose of the Women’s Symphony League of Tyler shall be to support and promote the growth of the East Texas Symphony Orchestra and to encourage music education within our community.
Our organization of over 500 active members is one of the strongest Women’s Symphony Leagues nationally. We work diligently to fundraise to support our East Texas Symphony Orchestra with a guaranteed large sum donation annually. In addition to our financial support, our members serve the ETSO through many volunteer positions helping to feed and house musicians when they arrive in our great city, volunteering at each symphony performance, and helping to raise awareness of the ETSO.
